Bulgari to build a new luxury boutique hotel

Bvlgari will be building the hotel in Knightsbridge Green, which would feature 78 rooms and be run by the Ritz-Carlton. The hotel was formerly meant to build Normandie Hotel.

This hotel will be design by Antonio Citterio which is the same person that designed the Bulgari Hotel in Milan. The hotel would provides facilities ranging from ballroom, private members club, business center, meeting rooms, spa, swimming pool and hydrotherapy steam rooms.

Antonio Citterio combined modern design with timeless classical looks and utmost luxury. This was successfully achieved by using precious woods, marble and granite and by choosing a clear, geometrical design. For the bathrooms of the suites Citterio chose the collection which he himself designed for Axor. The discreet luxury of the mixers and accessories is only visible at second glance: reflective surfaces, the luminosity of corners and edges, high-quality materials and the perfect harmony of forms. Following Citterio’s philosophy of floor design, the toilet area is cleverly separated from the generous area for wellness, which is flooded with natural light. As a result, all the elements come together to achieve an extremely elegant and timeless bathroom design.
